Great shots. I'll have to rummage through the files and contribute.
Speaking of our archaic controls. I had the 51 parked outside the local Harley Shop as I went in to get my 60wt. Coming out I found a bunch of RUBs gathered about it. One knowledgeable guy was pointing out the clutch rocker as the rear brake and the front brake handle was of course the clutch. One of them asked me how it ran and did it start easy. Here is where my mean streak kicked in cause I said let me put it in neutral and you give her a start. When he pushed the “starter button†and the horn went off he nearly soiled his linens. I had a quiet chuckle.

The only time I've seen a double seat like that was at the HD museum in Milwaukee. It was set up a little different but I like the look of yours...........MUCHO CLASSY!oldbob wrote:On interstate near Boise.

Headin' down the road....
Out of the 6500+ turnout that day, I had the only Pan there. Saw a few Shovels, and one Flattie.

Re: bikes in the wind wanted
Trying to post a link to a video.
Caution-----Loud wind noise.
This video is posted on my Son's Picasa site.
I rode my 51 and my son rode his Dual Sport.
The pics in the directory are of a trip that he and I made from Wasilla Alaska to Fairbanks and back to Wasilla via Valdez.
Enjoy.

Dale, all the stills come up if you use the back (left) arrow and page back to the beginning, but I could not find the video.
that slab of pie looked wonderful!, but the scenery on the trip was even better. The best part is getting to spend time with your son.
fix the link, I want to see the video.
