Re: Rivera Pro clutch
I run one in my '61, along with a 1 1/2" Primo belt. Bought the two together as the Brute 11 kit. Works well, easy pull, stays adjusted. Got that "ching ching" sound, mostly I think because the clutch shell is aluminum with the belt drive.

Re: Rivera Pro clutch
I'm running this set up on my 59, Works well but I had to run straight pipes to cover up the racket the thing makes. Talked to Rivera/primo and they told me that's the way it is.

Re: Rivera Pro clutch
I just broke 4 fingers on my stock basket. I bought a BDL Competitor basket. Uses the stock clutch shell along with my 8mil belt setup.
No noise! very quiet, and very pleased.

Re: Rivera Pro clutch: any experiences
Hi. Been running a rivera for about 3 years with a BDL. Works well but you should also put in the gold pressure plate to allow the mouse trap to pull the rod back.
