What's the nature of the build? Just going to flip it? A stock low mileage rider? Along lasting restoration, or a hot rod?
Best bet is not to skimp on chap parts, especially the valve springs. I personally like Rowe guides, and Manly stainless steel valve. You pay your money and you take your chances....

What about metal to metal or alloy to alloy compatibility as far as valve to guide fit.

I always apply a little Teflon based pipe sealer to the OD of the guide before installing, both as a lubricant, and as a sealer. Always worked for me.
Nobody has ever been concerned about dissimilar metals in a Harley engine just take a minute to look at all the brass, iron, and steel in full contact with the aluminum castings. Sounds like a non issue to me,eh?

Bronze guides these days are made well and can be run tighter clearance & dont stick a valve. I pulled a motor after long miles ridden hard no wear still tight . Black Diamond valves & guides . Tech has advanced for quality brands

Kibblewhite cast iron guides.
Use their valves, springs, collars and keepers.
Don't mix and match as you will have problems especially when using valve seals.
