Before The Wreck

Post by RooDog »

This is me and my 1968 Shovelhead, back around 1980. before hitting a car and destroying everything except the engine, transmission, rear wheel, and seat.
Rebuilt it in a donated swing arm frame, and added electric start stuff at that time, and still have that rig up and running today....

Dual disc front end in 1980. Pretty progressive for a chopper. Is that a triumph fender?

Yes, pretty progressive if you liked to stop as well as go, glad to see them on there. Here are dual discs on my Shovel stroker in '75, a Honda 750 fork with an H-D Sprint fender.
