'37-'39 are different than '40-'48. Which are you looking for?

The OD is 43 mm , ID is 21.5 mm , Width at the raised centre 6.35 mm & then 2 tags 4.5 mm tall.

Thickness of the washer part 1.9 mm steps down to 1.5 mm.
