74 servicar voltage

#1

Post by george48pan »

Does a74 servicar have a 6v or 12v electrical system?

I'm trying to help someone get theirs started so they can sell it. It has been sitting since the mid 80's with no battery.

Do you mean a 1974 Servi-Car? They we're made until 1973 and had electric start so I assume 12 Volt.

Yes. That's a.
I just remembered a few years ago I was able to spin the starter but not turn it over.
I'm not sure what they want for it .

My friend died. His wife and daughter want to sell it.
They are sitting on a lot of old parts

If it is a true '74 model it is quite rare. And should have the '73 parts like the six hole wheels, etc.

I will check and get verification about the wheels, VIN etc.
