1949 WL - Kicker Gears

Have the transmission out & apart. One of the repairs is to fix the "ratcheting" kicker pedal....
Kick it & it doesn't catch fully.

The Starter Clutch Gear:
Seems I have wear on it; as shown in this picture.
Anyone know if finding a NOS gear is a possibility?
Or...Do the parts vendors offer a good quality gear to buy?

The Countershaft Gear:
Seems like it is fine.
Agree or disagree?
