My inner primary is very dented, bent, on the flat surface as well as the edges. I can keep using it, though wonder if I should buy a reproduction replacement?. Don't know how detrimental dents can be for the bikes use; if detrimental at all.
Any advice or thoughts are welcome!
Thanks!

That looks better than most used ones. I would consider it a find! Tap the dents out and run it. It is virtually invisible on a complete bike anyway.

Fix it and run it.
Like Robbie said, can’t see it once it’s all put together

As long as it cant be scraped by and runs free from either the clutchhub or the chain...run it
