Re: Spark plugs
For reference I run N12YC in my STD heads. My bike is basically stock except for the heads. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Re: Spark plugs
I use Champion J12YC in my slightly-stroked 80" FL.
I replace them every 4 or 5 years, whether they need it or not!

Re: Spark plugs
What plugs have you been using? What plugs does STD recommend? Are they long or short thread plugs? I use Bosch FR8DPX platinum in both my $&$ Shovelheads, and my aftermarket Evo crate engine.....

Re: Spark plugs
I have STD dual plugged heads. Autolite 3926 in the winter and 3924s in the summer. These are recommended by the manufacturer.

Re: Spark plugs
Definetly figure whether their short or long reach, a friend bought a bike recently that "ran like shit". It had short plugs in STD long reach heads. Huge difference.
