1951-54 rear fender

#1

Post by dcmc »

I am trying to restore a rear fender flip that had the wire channel completely destroyed by rust. Have found a channel from some repop fender but
don't know what it should look like up by the wire spring clip and hinge, I think it will need a new end fabricated. Anyone have a loose fender they could take a photo of?
Only interested in the area of the hinge and wire channel on the rear, or flip portion of the fender.
Thanks in advance, Bob

There is a decent inside view of an early Pan rear fender on ebay right now, there is only 7 hours left and it will be gone, ebay auction #153119073
