tool box
Evening,
the tool box I have has 3 hole in the back. 2 are obvious for mounting, iss the third for a grommet for some wiring? If so for what? . thanks

So what year would the tool box be. It was on the 58 I have and I don't see how it will catch the fender

Does the tool box have a smooth cover and a screw type closure? That type would be correct for '58.

No it is not the smooth cover. Has 5 ribs. What year is it likely. Will look at wauseon for the correct one. Have this one apart to clean up ,any suggestions for finish?

That is a '55-'57 toolbox. It is harder to find than either of the other types, so you should be able to sell or trade it for what you need.

One more question on the tool box . What was the finish on them . I have seen paint and chrome in pictures for 55- 57 thanks,
