Adjustable Fork question

#1

Post by dontsink »

I am hunting for a adjustable fork for for my 57FL, now i got an offer with a fork bracket with stem with the number 45697-69 iso 45697-50A. The -69 is drilled for the neck lock (which it isn´t normally but the seller says, that this was done by the moco).
Acc. to the seller the -50A and the -69 are interchangeable if the welded on part for the newer neck lock is cut away. Could someone confirm that all the dimension of the -69 are the same as the-50A and the only difference is the welded on part for the lock and (normally) the missing hole for the old neck lock.
Thank you in advance
Thomas
