Kind of a dumb post/question but does any mfg. Make a decent innertube anymore? I've been running the same older one for years and still are however I had to replace the other one a couple years back and the new one is half the thickness or so it seems. Pretty much cheap junk in my book....

Re: Innertube
A long time ago I had a flat in Arkansas, long before there were mom and pop shops almost everywhere. My buddy and I got a local tire shop to transport my bike to their shop and we checked their inventory. Found out that a Volkswagen Beetle used a tube that was real close to the correct size and it was super thick! The valve stem was a little off on its angle but it got me back to Texas! My buddy liked that Volkswagen tube so much he started running them on his bikes!

Re: Innertube
I had a similar experience out in willy wags of NY state. All I could get was a VW tube with a hole in it no less but it got me home...

That's the main thing, keep rolling....
I checked out the drag tube and went with it. Bigincher, yes it isn't bad. Actually pretty good compared to another dealer.

Re: Innertube
Be sure to get a tube with the correct valve stem size to fit the hole in your rim. I do believe there are 2 different size holes in Harley or kelsey hayes wheels. I guess depending on year. You don't want to put a small size valve stem in a larger size hole, the tube can shift, bend the valve and cause it to break.
