Hi Can some one with more knowledge than me meaning every one please tell what condition these rocker arms and blocks are in they feel nice and tight.

They look pretty nice. The hone marks in the one lower block show someone has done some work on them in the past. Most original rockers show wear on one side of the circumference due to upward pressure, but those look smooth and may have been trued up. How are the pads where the valves ride? Any flaking or pits?
And how is the end play when assembled? Closer pics of the pads would help.
