Hi I wish to do away with original front end and switch to single disc can some one please tell what year front ends are inter changeable
for 1960 fl using original triple trees.

There are a huge number of fork variations that will work for you. Through '77 all the fork parts interchange with yours. Post '77 they became Japanese built but still fit the trees and will fit your bike. So most 60s to 90s forks interchange. Knock yourself out. Single disc, double disc, etc. You will also have the option of a front wheel drive speedo if you feel the need...

They do, but are slightly narrower than early Glides. Not enough to notice.

entirely possible,i didnt measure the difference when i replaced my hydra-glide front end
