Crankcase bushing right side

Hi guy´s, I´m right in the process of restoring an Panhead 1965 eGlide and I´m not sure having a real Problem or not...
Maybe somebody can advise...
My Problem is at right side of crankcase, i.e. the bushing. I understood that the inner bushing as shown on my pictures can be repaired easily as usuall. Spare parts are available.

Having checked the fitting of the cast exterior bushing a minor oil leacking was to determine between the Aluminium case and the steel bushing at temperature of about 100 °C and light overpressure (real live conditions?). There is no actual minor movement between both parts but im not realy confident in.
My shop guys over here told me there is no way to repair and fix the cast bushing at all. (And he seems to be a really speciallist on Motor Fixing).

Is this correct or is fixing possible as shown in Rick Shunks book? Do I miss something?
If there is no chance to fix... Do I have a serious problem?
Please advise... I really appreciate.

The good news, the left side ist 100 % ok.

The race is a press fit into the case.
If your race is loose get a new race and see if it presses into case.

The outer race is cast into the cases and has webs and ribs on it to lock in place. Oil leaking between it and the case is of no consequence as it is merely interior crankcase vapor trapped in the very small separation between the steel and aluminum. Leave it alone. As for Schunk's book I wouldn't put much faith in anything in it. It leaves so much practical info out it is rather pitiful.
