Hi Can some one please tell me at what point should you get your fly wheels rebalanced due to cylinder bore enlargement and different weight of the over size pistons.

There isn't "a point" where it is necessary. There are many factors involved in the decision to re-balance. If the pistons are factory they are within the general weight tolerance designed in on factory balance jobs. Forged pistons are different than cast and often need to be checked. Replacement pistons can be slightly cleaned up to match the weight of the originals. Etc, etc,...
Most riders balance an engine when major components are changed, such as rod sets, flywheels (strokers), etc. But there isn't a magic point where it becomes necessary or not.
