Hello again guys
After sitting for too many years,i decided to get the old pan running again.after the magneto kicked my ass yesterday,i installed the old circuit breaker,rigged up a coil and battery and she fired right up.i now know im too old for the magneto,thats for a youngs mans leg.im super happy.enjoy your weekend

Why? If that mag is in working order and timed properly plus no intake leaks. Bike will start. If it's good enough for an airplane, it's good enough for me. A mag puts one hell of a spark out. Go though the mag and clean it good. They don't like crud inside them and don't forget a new lid gasket. Your rotor might have to be re-magnetized. Rare but it happens. Bob L
