Were there years when the star covers were cad plated RUBONE? When did they change?

PanPal,
I personally do not recall any cad plated star covers. Cad plated screws and washers but always parkerized star covers.

Only the very early star covers were cadmium plated until mid '37. And all of them would be the slotted type for speedo drive.

I don't think any hubs except very early models had cad plated covers until the 67 style hub came out.
