Yay i got my hub cap back in the mail! Thanks officer please have a nice eel!

Brings a whole new meaning to "public servant". In Dane County Wis we have an officer called beltline Bob, he has a couple of gallons of gas and pushes disabled cars off the freeway with his pickup truck. Nothing like what is pictured in the video.
