Searching for documentation on K Model bikes

At the Barber Vintage Festival my son picked up a really cherry 1953 K model motor complete. We'll still open it up to make sure the internals are good. His uncle has a frame for him to use so it's a nice start. My son is presently licking his wounds for the money he's spent so we are in no hurry to start the build. Problem I'm having is finding documentation. Specifically a Service manual and a parts manual. Any other documentation would just be gravy. Does anybody know where I could find such creatures either in paper or digital? It would be a big help on our start.

Unlike bigtwins I know just a little about the K's and early Sportsters but here is a neat link about K-models if you haven't already found it. It shows the prototypes, a really strange ohv motor but the bottom end is definitely K. Was there ever a manual from the factory?

I have every K parts book that was printed as well as all sales literature and owners manuals. Feel free to contact me for info. There was never a factory K service manual printed.
