eBay vendor smir67 is currently selling various 45 parts.
I examined the #1 (rear exhaust) cam listed here: https://tinyurl.com/3d8euzhx
It's listed as NOS (as are some of his other items), take a look and draw your own conclusion.
It appears to be pretty rough, but the photo shows the 2 oil pump drive tangs missing.
I e-mailed him, and his response was (and I quote": "Well buy a new shaft."

It's been taken down....
He has 100% "+" feedbacks. Perhaps he's not all that evil, or something....
