An acquaintance of mine (brother of a friend) joined them about ten years ago as a new member and went through a pretty extensive learning process. They have had to recruit as most of the original older members are now retired or passed on.

Sure I`ve seen old vids with being them much younger but man ... my spine discs slipped just by watching this!
