Terminals
Does anyone know what Harley Davidson used for electrical terminals where you would tie in sidecar lighting to the main harness?

Re: Terminals
The terminal in the frame under your seat is exactly for that purpose..
One is for ignition to coil, the other is lighting to rear lights (and rig).

Re: Terminals
That works for the black, of course brake light gets its power from the brake light switch but unless I want to cut into the harness it would seem logical that power to the lights would be a wire run along the frame and up to the ignition switch.

Re: Terminals
Not sure what you are saying. There are only two wires to a stock sidecar (Unless there is a fender light in which case both light wires go to the same terminal), one is taillight, one is brake light. The ground is through the frame.Richwinejr wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 2:13 am That works for the black, of course brake light gets its power from the brake light switch but unless I want to cut into the harness it would seem logical that power to the lights would be a wire run along the frame and up to the ignition switch.
