Dead simple to do. A bracket can be fabricated to connect the backing plate to the frame, or a tab welded on the frame. A bit of fiddling with spacers (rigid is narrower then a swingarm) and perhaps a re-alignment/truing of wheel to get it centered. I first did it in '73.
Here is my '56/'69 Pan/Shovel 88" stroker packing up for a trip from ABQ, NM to Banff,CN in '74. '67 brakes on a 49 wishbone frame with Honda 750 front end.

thanks I am at the checking to see if wheel is centered ,Backing plate mounted, wheel setup done, if it checks out centered only thing left is have a right side spacer cut to correct length thanks for your imput .
