Hello. I'd like to hear opinions about lightening stock
flywheels?We are rebuilding engine to my friends bobber
project with wisecos and a bit hotter cam(probably andrews A).The bike is going to be as light as possible so there is no use for all the original torque.Thinking about significant gain acceleration?Or waste of time,labour and a set of flywheels?

I have experience with stock, light S&S stroker, and T&O heavy wheels.
The light wheels really need the extra stroke to be of an advantage.

I know each to their own with these bikes...but...
if and when I rebuild my bottom end I'd really love to try the T&O torque monsters...
Seems to me the pan is more of a torque engine than a revver, and something about what I imagine the steamtrain feel of those big T&Os must be like really attracts me.
I particularly like the old TT style - nice!
