Crankcase Vent

I,m installing a belt system on this bike and I could use some help.What can I do with the vent/primary oiler tube that sticks into the inner cover? I appreciate any info I can get. Thanks, Ed

I cut mine off and welded it 90 deg. so that it points down(flat to the case) Then I hooked a hose to it, so as to breath on the rear chain.So that the oil mist will oil the chain. MB

if you happen to run a s&s oil pump you can virtually cut the oil off without affecting the breathing.
