When installing an tin inter primary dose the case vent line have to be removed and then re installed if so dose it just un screw from case

The case vent has to be installed to the case, the "J" shaped tube lined up with the hole on the inner primary before bolting down the inner tin. Chain or belt drive. Chain drive will vent inside primary and belt drive does not vent inside primary, either to ground or to rear chain. Still has to be installed first.
You can't install it after the tin is installed. You can loosen and adjust it if need be to line up with the primary tin hole.

No.
if so dose it just un screw from case
The vent is is a case bolt, nut is on right side.
