primary chain oiler

I have a 63 pan the primary chain oiler is blowing out to much oil I adjusted the screw all the way in to try and stop it, oil still comong out . can anyone share some wisdom

Sounds like a sumping problem. See the Knowledge Base for tons of info and a variety of fixes.
