External oiler

Post by MildBill »

My heads are tapped for external oiling. Does anyone here know which port on my S&S pump to come off of for the head oilers? Perry Kime at FloHeadworks said to use the #3 port (the one sort of in the middle of the cover) but the S&S instruction sheet says to use this port for a gauge only. I'm open for suggestions...

I use the port on the cover that Perry suggested to you (I also have an S&S pump). Works great. 75K+ miles and the motor is still working well.

Thanks. I'm cutting the neck for a little more rake today. Hopefully ready to post pics this weekend. Merry Christmas!
