Hydra Glide front fender braces

Is there a different between 1960 and up to 1959 and older front fender braces? I was told there is and I'm trying to find out if I have the correct one for my 1958.
Mine are not completely flat, and have a slight curvature to them.

I think the change occurred some time in '58....I have no proof however!
