Front Plug won't spark?
I just finished installing a Ebeyond 2000 electronic ignition on my 62 with an aftermarket single point breaker, which the points are now removed. Timed it and now only the rear plug sparks. So I swapped plug wires and still only the rear sparks. Even had another coil and tried it but same thing. I am just getting it back together after a total rebuild and ready to start it but thought I should check spark first and this is what I got.
Any one have any ideas, I am puzzled why just one side of the coil would spark.

I should have said, I tried the good plug on the side that won't spark and no luck.

2 bad coils? Bad plug wire?
you're right, it doesn't make sense that half the coil is bad.

The one side of the coil sparks very strong and nothing on the other side.

Re: Front Plug won't spark?
Got it working;
I called Ed with EBeyond2000 and he said the gap between the rotor and electronic ignition should be about 15000/1 of an inch, mine was about 60000/1. After I adjusted the gap both plugs fire strong.

15000/1 of an inch? I'll bet you mean 15/1000" or .015"
