DUO GLIDE DUAL COILS
I just put a manual adv single point distributor on my 1964 pan. Can I use my existing dual coils, if so how do I wire it? Thanks

Re: DUO GLIDE DUAL COILS
Yes you can, it is easy to do. Just put a jumper from + to + and a jumper from - to - on your coils, the hot comes from the switch and the negative goes to the circuit breaker (it isn't a distributor, it distributes nothing!). Both coils will fire at once which is exactly as a dual lead coil would do. So it basically acts as one coil.

Hi panhdz, did you replace the dual point breaker? If so, why?panhdz wrote:I just put a manual adv single point distributor on my 1964 pan.
