Made by Blu Arc back in the '80s. Single fire setup, Autolite cap/rotor, Bosch points.

And then, like Cotten said, there is the Pool unit from way back in the '50's. This one adapted the stock timer to a cap/rotor style, using a rotor that fit into a modified point breaker cam.
