That is a Weird Engineeng Distributor Solid Stainless Steel. Very well made. I have one in my 1964 Pan and i have been running it since the early 1990s. They are Bulletproof. You can still buy them the company is still making the. Them Parent company is Pratt Blacksmith Shop Inc. In Owatonna Minnesota USA. also on Ebay...
