I bought the two into one stock style exhaust from Paughco for my 51, It's a three piece system , 712-C ,the only problem is the "y" pipe won't pull out far enough away from the frame to allow the muffler to clear the tail section, I believe now the four piece system would allow more flex.I've also noticed a few pics on this site showing the pipe on the outside of the kicker spring, which I plan to try. V-Twin#29-0173 looks like a possible better bet. Mike

Paughco sucks! I'll give ya some examples over the last twenty-five years. Early inside primaries are 1/8" to shallow. Ya got to beat the crap out of them so the motor sprocket doesn't rub. I remember getting an order back in 84 for a juice brake braided line set a a set of fat bob tanks. The line set didn't even come close to fitting and the tanks? You don't know what shicht is until you see a set of these. The inside walls are not indented to fit around the tank. Mike I also have used 712-C and the only reason they fit is because I order them to chop them up to make custom pipes for STD heads. If I had to use them on a panhead install the answer would be no way. I'm sure they might have something in theirr inventory that fits (A lock washer) but I've never found it. Whats great about the web is it allows you to warn others of a cash cow pig. Just try and return something to Pork"o". Bob
