I've got an existing 2" old school fishtail chopper exhaust system on my bike which I want to keep but the front header runs outside the frame under the footboard so I'm adapting it with a squish pipe and need a new header for the front. I bought one but it turns out to be 1 3/4" O/D so will throw the exhaust out of balance if I use it. The remedy would be a 2" front header to go to my squish pipe but I'm struggling. Can anyone suggest either an alternative or a source for a 2" front header...
Thanks, Jamie.

Re: Need 2" front header exhaust pipe
I would think the squish pipe would restrict the balance on a 2 inch exhaust ....

Re: Need 2" front header exhaust pipe
Yeah but after reading a huge amount about all of this, thats something that happens further down the pipewhich i could emulate a little in the rear header. With a quarter inch difference straightout the pot though its going to throw it out a lot. Think I'm going to have to just buy another system and then see if i can get a front header fabricated at some point unless someone can suggest something else...
