Finally got my saddle bags
I finally got my bags. They've been hanging on the wall for years unused and never mounted. I got em for $300, hot damn. The spoons need cleaning as does the leather. What should I use for the leather & metal and in what order.

Use the cleaner, then conditioner. You can get it at your local, auto parts store, it works great. I brought back many a car seats with lexol.
As for the metal I use never dull wadding polish, works great.
