Hi everyone,
I recently bought a 57 Pan. Including some very bad conditioned saddlebags.
To get a better idee of its original looks i would like to see some pics off them.
Or, are there some manufacturers who are well copying these bags.
I noticed also that i miss the "drops" 90degr. CClockwise on the side of the bags. Did they exist also without these?
Thanks in advance.

That picture is of "Big Bertha" bags, not "Fringed Kings". Note the special rear crash bar to enable them to fit. Fringed kings are smaller and shaped differently with speedballs on the flap. And I have never seen any without the inner support "L".

Re: Fringed king saddlebags
The police crash bar was the exact same shape, but only ever came in black. In '57 when the Bg Bertha Bags were introduced the old police crashbar was brought back in chrome with a -57 part number!
