I'm posting a photo of the 1 horn bracket I have ,and would like to know what other bracket or brackets I need. I have been looking at item 15 in the Harley service manual page in the photo,it looks like I need it .They call it "circuit breaker control coil clamp and horn bracket" The parts book doesn't show it the same ,but have something rather similar it is part 56628-54 they call it "Bracket, timer coil" .It apears that the horn trumpet is held on by bolt 14 which goes down through the horn trumpet ,and through item 15 ,and its all held together by nut 7..
In J&P'c vintage catalog ,and the Harley parts book it shows Harley part 27431-41b and they call it Bracket, carb to crankcase. Should I order it too? Where does it mount ( yeah I know the carb and crankcase). This is a tad confusing cause the 2 harley books show different parts.

Re: 59 pan trumpet horn brackets??
It seems my horn has a taller tab or bracket off the horn , may be just your camera angle or I have a diff. year horn , not sure if there were diff. horns for diff. years , others can speak up on that.
You need that bracket # 15 . the one in the manual bolts up to your relay if you have a six volt system . It looks like the page from the manual does not show the holes for the relay, where it mounts through the bracket into the motor case. one end of the bracket (large hole for rubber bushing for horn ) and the other end has an ataching point for your circuit breaker (distributor ) advancing cable. Not sure if mine is totaly correct as AMMA is concerned because I'm running 12 volt system & no relay.

Re: 59 pan trumpet horn brackets??
Thanks for the reply ,and photos ,I see what I need .You are right ,my photo is misleading ,actually the horn bracket is L shaped and drops down about an inch and a half from the horn tube its welded to. I'm going to add the bracket to my parts order.
Thanks,Neil
