Crash bar/auxiliary seat spring mounting
Can anyone tell me the proper order for mounting the rear crash bar, frame clamps, and the buddy seat auxiliary spring bracket on a '52 FL? Thay all appear to share the same bolt holes on the fender but I'm having a helluva time fitting these together. I need some "fit and finish" input before I go cutting, bending, and grinding! These are aftermarket parts so that may be 98% of my problem.

Re: Crash bar/auxiliary seat spring mounting
hydra, I just put my rear crash bar on my 51. Frame brackets then 3/8 spacers on my scoot or possibly helper bracket then crashbar. mike

Thanks Mike. I got it with out the spacers. I forgot the old adage: "When in doubt, force it!" Lol!
