worn out brake lever stud 59 pan
i have a 59 pan and the rear foot brake lever lever stud is worn out does anybody have a fix for this (i was thinking about getting a oversized stud from colony and the recommended reamer) has any body run into this problem thanks

How about an over sized bushing for the lever & ream to fit the worn stud or get as you said a pin cut from stock and have it turned to the proper dia. and weld it in place ot the worn out one . I assume you are talking about the brake lever pivit pin in the forward controls. You can get a after market bracket also . ( V-twin ,JP Cycles etc. )
