First good ride
I finally have the '59 I got as a birthday present last summer up and running. So I took the longest ride to date on her this past Sunday - a little over 300 miles round-trip. We rode up to Chesnee, SC for "Antique Bikes on Main Street." She ran like a champ. What a blast!

A lot of the old bikes were clearing out by the time this pic was taken (I was getting ready to leave). There was a nice turnout - maybe 50 or so bikes 35 years or older.

looks great, a lot of work that most people don't appreciate. great pic. should have mine back on the road tommorrow after swing arm rebuild and shocks rear brake backer plate ete.
