Liberty reserves the right to refuse service upon any carburetor or other essential item with identification numbers that have been permanently altered to misrepresent its identity.
The only exceptions at this time are the "Beck" replacement L&L carburetors altered at the factory.
Thanks to Pieter and the Team for this most valuable forum, for providing the opportunity to make this announcement.

Yet ANOTHER Liberty announcement
As many of you know,
Liberty has been producing lightweight carburetor floats for many years.
With the advent of this year's summer-blends of digestive fuels, there has been a startling increase in reports of swelling of early productions of a now obsolete material.
I am replacing free of charge any of my DURABLE floats that swell beyond function with floats produced from the very latest material, which actually is used by all major automotive manufacturers.
Please return any swollen floats to me for verification that it is indeed one of my personally-machined floats, and that it indeed has swollen. I will NOT replace others' products!
Thanks again for this valuable web commmunity,
....Cotten

Cotten,
I bought a bunch of floats from you many years ago at Davenport. When did the material change? I still have several new ones still in the boxes.

Re: Liberty Mcy policy announcement
Chris!
I was selling the new "M" compound by D-port '08.
Please understand that I can only replace floats that actually fail from swelling.
Take heart though, that absolutely no failures have been reported from California, inspite of the State's reputation for P4gas.
When my competitors floats, using off-patent materials, begin failing in your region, then you will have reason to shop very carefully for your fuel.
Although my information is anecdotal so far,
it seems that Florida BP is the most digestive on the entire planet.
Your best use of your investment is to get them into service!
I may not live forever.
