I know I can lift one, so I guess it;s under 200 lbs.

I'd go along with that estimate. I've lifted one into the frame by myself, I'm only 5'7" and 150 pounds, done the same with complete assembled Shovelhead motors too.

I just read the other day that shipping weight for an aftermarket evo was 170" so that's a fair estimate.
