Has any one ever sent things to V-twins machine shop, I just got done stripping down my bike and am ready to send the case and heads to get machined.

I haven't but I have used HeadHog and Creekside Machine and Welding for heads/cases and have only 100% positive to say about their work

I have never had machine work done can anyone give me a rough idea on prices worst and best case senarios

Not sure that anyone can do that but someone qualified to work on your parts. Couple of the things I like about Creekside - quick reply to emails, very good about phone contacts, before he begins work he gives you the price estimate and emails you that plus pics of the work he will be doing. If he has a question about how a part will be restored for finish work he contacts you before beginning the repair (for me it was the brazing to repair a chipped cylinder, and since they are painted silver it was not an issue).

Guess you can say I am very pleased with his work... and his turn-around time was excellent as well.
