FLHtp103!
Tank shifts were common for police and sidecar machines.
My '65s are identical.

HD says my 64 came from the factory with tank shift setup. Currently I have foot shift set-up.

Thanks guys I did some research and found out this is a police bike duro glide, I had a friend come over who knows pans after he looked at everything (things that were taken off by the guy I bought it from) he said I got a real deal 64 pan police bike.
The dual point distributor was in the box and the original genarator also the saddle bags, most of the original parts were taken off but he kept them and gave them to me!
i'l get some pictures of it up on here.
