Billy Bike info
I recently purchased a '63 pan and plan to build it into a "Billy Bike" replica from the movie "Easyriders". A few years ago I located original desing information / specs / particulars for this bike on the internet but have been unable to find the web page since then. Does anyone have any information on the original Billy Bike design or know where I can locate this information (either in cyberspace or hard copy)?

Can't say I've seen that sort of documentation. You could always get a copy of the DVD (not VHS, quality is too poor) and do lots of looking, one frame at a time, to absorb every detail you can.

Not sure if these links will help?
I think Panzer and CMC both did replicas but are both out of business.
Good luck.

Re: Billy Bike info
Congratulations on your project! You might also obtain the Franklin Mint model of the Billy Bike. I have one and they've done an accurate job on the details, including the air cleaner cover made from a V-8 distributor cap, and the devil's head running lights in the rear. You even get Billy's bush hat to hang on the sissybar!
