Re: Motorcycle Rain Boot Cover Waterproof
I've used a real nice one that was made (or at least sold) by H.D. Light grey colored heavy-duty material like Cordura that had something like a urethane coating on it. It also had flannel on the inside so it wouldn't rub on a windshield or tank. It was definitely water-proof, and it really worked good for keeping the weather off.

Re: Motorcycle Rain Boot Cover Waterproof
Rmcmh,
Aww hell, I think I mis-understood your post!
I thought you were looking for a cover for your motorcycle .
If you want a waterproof boot, just get a pair of those "Totes" or whatever they call them up there. They are just a thin, durable rubber boot that you slip over your regular riding boots when you hit stormy weather. I've ridden all over the U.S. in some of the worst rainstorms you'll ever see, and my feet and riding boots stayed nice and dry inside the "Totes". They fold up nice and flat, just stash them in your pack until the weather turns wet, then slip them on and keep on riding .

George, I agree. I think we call them 'gators' around these parts. They come up to just below the knees, protect everything below.
If I'm on a trip into the mountain states, I never leave home without them. And a ton of other gear.

I carry a couple of plastic bags (sort you get your groceries in) in my jacket, starts raining pull up boot off, bag on, boot back on. Can't be beaten for waterproof & the price is pretty good too.
