digital air gage
Now I know I'm old fashioned and hard headed , but I all ways trusted my air pressure gages until I got a good digital one . I can not believe all my other gages were that much off . Three of those push ups and one analog gage were not even close to the digital . Even the wife said it felt like a better ride on the last poker run of 100 miles after filling them according to the digital. The bike did perform much better. I was running about 10# in front and 11 # in the rear ( I check them before every ride) all my old type ( one of the push up types is brand new )gages read about 15 in the front and 16-17 # in the rear , I put 16 up front and 18 in the rear according to the digital and like I said , she road much better . ( now I see unusual wear on the front tire , go figure ) I just never stop learning .
